Welcome to Learnix AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Learnix AI mobile application and website operated by Learnix LLC ("Learnix AI", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or interacting with Learnix AI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
When you create an account with Learnix AI, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Learnix AI may offer a free trial for a limited period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged the applicable fee.
We use third-party payment processors to handle billing. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees indicated and acknowledge that billing is subject to the terms and policies of those payment providers.
We reserve the right to change pricing or plans at any time, with reasonable notice where required.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app's settings or by contacting us. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
To request a refund, email support@learnixai.app with the subject "Refund Request" and include your name, email, subscription plan, and reason. We will review and respond within 7 business days.
If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Processing may take 7–14 business days depending on your financial institution.
You are responsible for ensuring that any recordings or uploaded content comply with your school, workplace, or instructor's policies. Learnix AI is not responsible for violations of institutional rules.
You may not upload or record content protected by copyright unless you have explicit permission from the copyright holder.
Recording or sharing sensitive or private information without consent is strictly prohibited. This includes confidential conversations and any content protected under U.S. privacy laws.
By using Learnix AI, you agree to indemnify us against any legal consequences resulting from unauthorized recording or content sharing.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Learnix AI content solely for non-commercial, educational purposes.
